Danny Dunlop : Managing Director
TBS was originally incorporated in Bermuda by Transact Business Solutions (UK), as an offshore shell company, mainly to accommodate a multi million page back-file scanning project at a major international insurance company in Bermuda. In 2002, Danny joined TBS from Paragon Bda, where he headed up the Information Management practice. Danny is a senior information technology and business consultant with 30 years experience in IT, mainly gained in Bermuda.

Anthony Mocklow : Business Development
Anthony has worked in the document management industry for 12 years, and has spent the last 10 working in regulated industries such as Legal, Insurance and Pharmaceutical/Life sciences in Europe and the USA. Anthony is originally from Bermuda.

Keisha Clarke : Project Manager-Scanning
Keisha is one of the most experienced PM’s in the document management industry in Bermuda and has overseen most of the major projects for TBS. To date Keisha has facilitated about 6 million paper based documents in readiness for use with some of the most comprehensive EDM solutions on the market.
